SAN JOSE, Calif. (ACNI) - When it comes to protecting its trademarks and copyrights, no one is more PEZ-essive than Patrafico AG, the Swiss manufacturer of PEZ candies and dispensers. Want proof? The parent company of PEZ has filed a lawsuit against the Burlingame Museum of PEZ Memorabilia in Burlingame, Calif., claiming the museum's owners, Gary and Nancy Doss, infringed on their copyright by displaying a 7 foot 10 inch faux PEZ snowman dispenser on their premises.

'Return to Morgan's Island' by Carl Barks (creator of Scrooge McDuck), oil-on-Masonite, 1985, one of the famed Disney artist's paintings that will be on display at Geppi's Entertainment Museum, Baltimore, beginning July 17, 2009.

BALTIMORE - Drawing from the two largest privately held collections of paintings and other works by world-renowned Disney artist Carl Barks, Geppi's Entertainment Museum (GEM) in Baltimore will host the largest exhibit ever assembled of the late Disney creator's compositions from Friday, July 17 to Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009.

Not only is it a fine automotive museum in its own right - boasting dozens of themed displays and hundreds of antique cars, trucks and motorcycles, all lovingly restored - it's also home to a new model railroad display created by AACA members.
